  4. Shipping: For approved returns, we provide a free return shipping label.

Refunds and Replacements

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items: Contact us immediately for a free replacement or refund.
  2. Dislike or Wrong Size: Return for a refund of the item price (excluding initial shipping costs).

Return Instructions

  1. Pack Carefully: Return in the original packaging to prevent damage.
  2. Shipping Label: We'll email a free return shipping label to you.
  3. Refund Processing: Refunds issued to the original payment method, minus initial shipping costs, within 10 business days post-inspection.

Exceptions

  1. Non-Returnable: Custom orders, personalized items, final sales, clearance, and holiday items.
  2. Exchanges: For a different item, return the original and place a new order.
